Shipping & Delivery Policy

For our buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Hs Gadgets is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HSGadget.com, we ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience possible. 😊 However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, so we've made our return process as easy as possible. To return your product, simply send us a message on WhatsApp with the proper details, including your order number and the reason for the return. 📱 It's also important to include an unboxing video of the product to show us its condition. 📹 Once we receive your message, we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to return the product. Hs Gadget believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made under 7 Days after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

  • Hs Gadget doesn't have the liability of Refund of Shipping Costs.

  • Hs Gadgets does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • Please refer the issue to them in case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers

  • In case of any Refunds are approved by us, it’ll take 1 -7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
